Nexus is the public Vitality environment for identity, VTY participation, CHI, CHI-Share, Position NFTs, Relics, VXP and future governed progression. The foundation is visible now without pretending balances, ownership, entitlement or execution exists.
Passport identity, public entitlement, wallet authentication, private operator authorization and transaction authority remain separate systems.
Existing Vitality wallet context is reused. Nexus does not create a second wallet connector.
Wallet-specific participation remains withheld unless the required network and evidence authority exist.
No Passport mint, activation or ownership claim is inferred.
Identity and membership architecture do not fabricate a paid subscription state.
A future qualifying Pulse Intelligence subscription may mint or activate a Passport identity or equivalent credential under separately approved execution authority. The Passport can persist as identity while premium access remains governed independently.
Passport identity is separate from subscription entitlement.
Passport ownership never grants private Command authority.
Passport ownership never grants wallet signing or transaction authority.
A future qualifying paid subscription may mint or activate a Passport only under separately approved execution authority.
No wallet balance, NFT ownership, entitlement or progression state is fabricated when evidence is unavailable.
These areas are visible so the information architecture is stable before staking, NFT, vault, Genesis and progression execution is introduced.
Public Nexus orientation, identity state and governed progression readiness.
Persistent identity and membership architecture separated from subscription entitlement and private authority.
Future governed VTY commitment and Position NFT surface.
Transferable reward and utility asset presentation without fabricated balances or claimability.
Non-token participation and staking weighting representation.
Repeatable proof and participation positions, distinct from the one-time Genesis Pool.
One finite historic Genesis participation system subject to dedicated tokenomic, legal and security authority.
Original Vitality collectible and participation progression system.
Future collectible identity and progression layer.
Non-transferable loyalty, reputation and progression architecture.
Future governed participation and progression milestones.
Future seasonal missions, collectibles, progression and profile experiences.
Future liquidity participation with Pulse Intelligence risk and strategy context.
VXP is earned progression, not currency. Lifetime VXP preserves historical progression while Seasonal VXP supports bounded campaigns. Ledger reads and award mutations are not active yet.
The interface does not infer VXP totals, rank, quest completion or season membership until governed evidence exists.
Exact VXP thresholds remain governed parameters. Rank is not inferred from wallet size or token balance.
Progression can recognise learning, intelligence, commitment, protocol participation, contribution, longevity and mastery while rejecting mechanical activity farming.
Collection architecture is visible now. Ownership reads, minting, evolution, transfer execution and marketplace execution remain disabled.

non transferableKey ownership is separate from subscription, Passport, VXP, rank, achievements and account history.
Future capabilities are resolved through one governed boundary rather than individual UI components inventing permission.
VXP requires governed provenance and anti-gaming evidence. Raw activity alone does not establish reputation.
APP-MARKET-07 establishes collection verification, external-market interoperability and acquisition pathways while keeping marketplace execution, NFT approvals and wallet signing disabled.
A marketplace listing, collection name or external purchase does not establish canonical Vitality collection identity. Verification must resolve through the governed registry.
Marketplace execution not activeContract identity, chain, token standard and evidence must match before a collection can become canonical.
External markets may later provide discovery. They never become collection-identity or entitlement authority.
The future Vitality / MNFT gateway remains a separate audited execution programme.
Acquiring a valid Access Key never transfers Passport, VXP, Nexus Rank, achievements or account history and does not create a subscription by itself.
A future qualifying subscription may issue an editioned Access Key after issuance authority is separately activated.
A future external purchase must be reverified against the canonical collection registry before it can satisfy the Access-Key portion of premium qualification.
A native marketplace gateway is reserved for a separately audited execution and security programme.
Counterfeit, spoofed or merely similarly named collections grant no entitlement. External purchases require canonical reverification.
Marketplace architecture supports discovery and verified utility. It does not authorize floor-price support, guaranteed appreciation or universal royalty enforcement.
Genesis is the one-time VTY commitment architecture for founding Nexus participation. The product model is visible without pretending the pool, entry window, balances, positions or rewards are live.
No entry dates, committed VTY, participant count, active weight, CHI allocation or Genesis ownership are inferred.
Genesis is designed as a single historical commitment pool rather than a recurring campaign.
Entry dates remain governed and unavailable until separately configured.
The preferred initial model is VTY lock or commitment, not mandatory principal destruction.
Each accepted position may receive governed Genesis weight under rules that are not yet active.
CHI allocation may reward active Genesis positions, with no invented emission rate, APR or guaranteed return.
Exit permanently removes active Genesis weight. The exited participant cannot re-enter.
Genesis weight is measured against the total active weight. When an active position exits, its active weight is permanently removed. Remaining participants can therefore represent a larger relative share of the active pool without receiving newly invented weight.
position Genesis weight ÷ total active Genesis weight
Only inside the governed finite entry window.
Genesis weight participates in active-share calculation.
Active weight becomes zero and re-entry is prohibited.
Genesis Position provenance remains conceptually distinct from active weight.
The Position NFT is designed as a living historical artifact associated with Genesis participation. Minting, ownership reads, transferability and lifecycle mutation remain governed and inactive.
VTY principal treatment at exit and any CHI settlement remain governed contract rules. This foundation does not promise return of principal, yield, APR, APY or any specific reward amount.
Production Nexus
Nexus production facts are surfaced only when canonical sources are available. Missing progression, ownership or position state remains explicitly unavailable rather than being synthesized.

Vitality Nexus separates public identity, membership, utility and progression from subscription entitlement, private Command authorization and execution authority. No balances, positions, Passport ownership, NFTs, claims or progression are invented when governed evidence is unavailable.
