Getting started
Do I need a wallet to explore Vitality?
No. Public Vitality information can be explored first.
Start Here, Dashboard, Treasury, Liquidity, Holders, Contracts, Signals, Roadmap, Status and Safety are designed to explain the ecosystem without requiring personal wallet data.
Wallets and signing in
What does connecting a wallet do?
It selects a wallet transport and account pathway.
Wallet connection selects a transport and account pathway only. It does not transfer custody, authenticate a Vitality session, grant operator authority, move funds or approve a transaction. SIWE authentication, where enabled, is a separate message-signing step.
Wallets and signing in
What is a secure login signature?
A message signature can prove wallet control without sending tokens.
When Vitality authentication is enabled, the app can request a server-issued sign-in message. A legitimate login message should not request a token transfer, approval or gas payment.
Security
Will Vitality ever need my seed phrase or private key?
No. Keep both secret and offline.
Never paste a seed phrase, recovery phrase or private key into Vitality, a support message, social media or a website form. Your wallet should keep those secrets under your control.
Self custody
Who controls my wallet and assets?
You do. Connecting to Vitality does not transfer custody.
Vitality is designed around self-custodial wallets. Your wallet remains under your control. Connecting or authenticating proves an account relationship for the requested purpose; it does not give Vitality ownership of your wallet, private keys or assets.
Self custody
Can Vitality recover my wallet if I lose access?
No custody. No recovery desk.
Vitality support can explain official app behaviour and help troubleshoot the product, but it cannot recover a seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key or lost self-custodial wallet. Vitality cannot reverse a finalized blockchain transaction or retrieve assets sent to an incorrect address. Never give wallet secrets to anyone claiming they can recover them.
Decentralisation
Is every part of Vitality decentralized?
No. Different parts of the ecosystem can have different decentralisation properties.
Wallet ownership can be self-custodial and blockchain state can be independently observable while websites, application hosting or administrative infrastructure can still use centrally operated components. Vitality should explain what is decentralized and what is not currently decentralized rather than making an absolute claim.
Privacy
Does self custody make my blockchain activity private?
No. Self custody is not anonymity.
Public EVM networks can expose addresses, balances, transfers, approvals, contract interactions and transaction history. Activity can be visible and linkable over time. Vitality should minimize unnecessary personal-data collection, but a public wallet address is pseudonymous and should not be assumed to be anonymous.
Expectations
Does the roadmap guarantee future features or outcomes?
A roadmap is not a promise.
Roadmap items describe current intentions, sequencing and development direction. Do not assume guaranteed dates, delivery, token value, liquidity, rewards, claims, listings, access, uptime, feature activation or roadmap completion. A preview, readiness state or eligibility calculation does not automatically create an entitlement.
VTY
What is VTY?
VTY is the Vitality ecosystem token on PulseChain.
Use official Vitality sources for contract and token information. Supply allocations, future observed balances, market prices and burned-token measurements are separate data concepts and should not be substituted for one another.
PulseChain
What is PulseChain in this app?
PulseChain is the EVM network used by VTY.
The app is designed around PulseChain network identity and approved read pathways. Live chain reads remain separately governed and are not implied merely because a route exists.
Dashboard
What is the Dashboard for?
It is the Vitality Intelligence and user-facing dashboard.
The Dashboard combines high-level Vitality intelligence and can evolve into a personal information home. Private administrator and bot-control functions belong to the separately governed Command Centre architecture rather than the ordinary Dashboard.
Profile and activity
What belongs in My Vitality?
Your wallet, profile, activity and participation surfaces.
My Vitality groups Wallet, Profile, Activity, Rewards, Charging Positions, Claims and Airdrop so personal pathways remain easy to find. Logged-out users can still learn what these areas mean.
Rewards
Does seeing Rewards mean I am entitled to tokens?
No. Architecture or eligibility information is not a guaranteed entitlement.
Vitality rewards use existing reserve-held VTY under governed formulas and controls. A page, preview, eligibility state or future capacity should not be interpreted as an automatic or guaranteed distribution.
Charging Positions
What is a Charging Position?
A planned participation lifecycle with explicit rules and states.
The app can explain Charging architecture before execution exists. Viewing the page does not create a position, move tokens or activate an economic action.
Claims
What does a claim page mean?
It can describe campaigns, eligibility and proof readiness.
A claim surface can exist before claims are executable. Eligibility and proof information should be distinguished from a completed token transfer.
Airdrops
What does Airdrop readiness mean?
It describes campaign and eligibility architecture.
Readiness is informational until a campaign is approved and activated. The app should clearly identify when a feature is inactive rather than implying a live distribution.
Treasury
Are tokenomics allocations the same as treasury balances?
No. They are different data authorities.
Tokenomics describes approved supply structure. Future on-chain observations describe balances held by verified addresses at a particular block. They should be reconciled, not substituted for one another.
Liquidity
What is liquidity?
Liquidity is token availability in trading pools or markets.
Liquidity affects how easily assets can be exchanged and how much price impact a trade may create. Future live liquidity data should always show source and freshness.
Holders
What does holder information show?
It describes token distribution across addresses.
Burn sinks and special-purpose addresses should be classified separately from ordinary holders where the underlying on-chain semantics are verified.
Contracts
Why should I check official contracts?
Contract addresses are critical security identifiers.
Use the Official Contracts surface and official Vitality sources rather than copying an address from an unknown post, advertisement or message.
Signals
What are Vitality Signals?
Reviewed project and ecosystem updates.
The website Signals workflow remains the intended canonical publishing authority. The app is designed to consume a future bounded read-only bridge rather than creating an independent publication authority.
Troubleshooting
What should I do if a wallet prompt looks unexpected?
Reject it first, then verify.
Do not sign a prompt you do not understand. Check the selected wallet, network, requested action and official Vitality source before retrying.
